Laura Pugh has been active in the appraisal industry in Saskatchewan for 15 years, gaining a breadth of experience in real property appraisal assignments, reserve fund studies and other consulting services throughout the province. She has completed assignments for various authorized intended uses including, but not limited to, assisting with first mortgage financing, estate planning, corporate planning, tax purposes and litigation support. Laura is experienced in the valuation of all real property asset classes, including:

Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia and attained the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation in 2013. Since then, Laura has been committed to continuing her professional development through offerings from the University of British Columbia, as well as other sources.

 

Laura was born and raised in Saskatchewan and is proud to call this province her home. Laura grew up in Yorkton and spent much of her childhood at Good Spirit Lake and at a nearby family farm, truly gaining an appreciation of some of what this province has to offer. Laura currently resides in Saskatoon with her partner, Landon, and their two children. Laura enjoys spending her free time watching her children’s activities, relaxing at the lake, gardening and is passionate about home renovation projects and home décor.
